Restaurant Sanchez is the culinary hub of Sanchez – a group of contemporary Mexican restaurants run by Rosio Sanchez. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented leader to support daily front of house operations and help us consistently deliver on our high standards.

You will be…

... Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of front of house operations

... Leading and coaching the FOH team during service, ensuring smooth execution from open to close

... Owning the guest experience from arrival to farewell – and holding the team to the same standard

... Managing section assignments, floor flow, and service coordination

... Guiding guests through the menu and beverage program with confidence and genuine enthusiasm

... Onboarding and training new team members and supporting their development

... Upholding our hygiene, aesthetic, and operational standards at all times

... Contributing to scheduling, briefings, and team communication

... Ordering of restaurant supplies and controlling stock during inventory

... An experienced hospitality professional with 2+ years in a supervisory or senior FOH role. Wine and spirits knowledge is required
