Sanchez & Hija de Sanchez — Contemporary Mexican restaurants by Rosio Sanchez

We’re looking for someone who can translate the soul of our restaurants into content — not just manage our social media, but shape it. Sanchez and Hija de Sanchez each have their own identity, their own rhythm, their own story. We need someone who can bring both to life in a way that feels true, vibrant, playful.
Who You Are
- Someone flexible, independent, and comfortable taking initiative — but who also loves being part of the restaurant energy and working closely with the team.
- Ideally, you’ve spent time in the restaurant world. You understand service flow, kitchen chaos, the beauty in the small moments — and you know how to capture it.
- You’re not afraid to dive into new trends, experiment, or push ideas — all while keeping content on-brand for two distinct concepts.
- You have an eye for photography and can shoot professional-quality images and video.
- You enjoy being on-site: popping into service for a quick shot, attending events to capture footage, and catching the moments others miss.
- You’re collaborative and open to discussion. You want to help shape our social media approach, not just follow instructions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute social media strategies that boost engagement, grow our audience, and strengthen the individual identities of Sanchez and Hija de Sanchez.
- Create compelling content — from polished photos to real-time stories — that reflects our food, our people, and the atmosphere.
- Manage our platforms (Instagram-focused): scheduling, posting, responding, and handling last-minute updates when the moment calls for it.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of social trends and use them smartly, creatively, and authentically.
- Track performance and use insights to help us make better decisions.
What You Bring
- Experience managing social media (restaurant or hospitality experience is a major plus).
- A creative eye and strong storytelling skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
- A natural passion for food — especially Mexican cuisine — and for sharing experiences with others.
