Restaurant Sanchez is the culinary anchor of a contemporary Mexican restaurant group founded by chef Rosio Sanchez. We're Michelin Bib Gourmand team, we move fast, we care deeply about the guest experience, and we take Mexican food seriously. If you want a leadership role where your decisions actually matter, this might be it.
What you'll do
Lead the floor during service: coordinate the FOH team, manage sections, and make calls when it counts. Guide guests through the menu with real confidence. Hold the room to a high standard of hospitality, hygiene, and presentation. Step in wherever the team needs you, and set the tone when things get busy.
