Bartender - Restaurant Sanchez

We're looking for someone who cares as much about what's in the glass as what's happening on the floor.
Sanchez is the bar program of a contemporary Mexican restaurant group founded by chef Rosio Sanchez. We're Michelin Bib Gourmand, we take agave spirits and fermentation seriously, and our bar has its own identity within the restaurant. If you want to build drinks that actually mean something within a culinary context, this is the room.
What you'll do
Run the bar with confidence during service: build cocktails consistently, manage your station, and stay in sync with the floor. Guide guests through the drinks program with genuine knowledge, not scripts. Hold the bar to a high standard of technique, hygiene, and hospitality. Support the team during busy moments and contribute to seasonal menu development.

Who you are
You have bar experience and you carry it well. You're composed under pressure, attentive to guests, and technically solid. You're genuinely curious about Mexican food, agave, fermentation, and flavor. You care about the details without making a performance of it.
