Hija de Sanchez is the taqueria-arm of Sanchez – a group of contemporary Mexican restaurants concepts run by Rosio Sanchez. We’re looking for fun people with an interest in Mexican food to join our taqueria teams.

You will be…

... making a lot of tacos!

... overseeing the daily operations of the Taqueria

... reporting to the Manager regarding staff, operational issues, performance

... Filling in for the manager when they are not in the store or on vacation

… prepping, organising, tasting.

… Advising guests on menu items (and the meaning of life if you feel like it)

… Maintaining the taquerias’ appearance and helping ensure the quality of every dish served

... Leading by example, guiding the colleagues working with you through a busy shift

... A natural and willing problem solver (a yes mentality!)

... Empathetic and a humble servant to your team and their needs

... A diligent and patient trainer

… Attending weekend staff drinks and staff parties (arguably one of the most important tasks)
